The biometrics (face and/or voice) we collect will be stored by NatWest International and only used by us to make sure it’s you on the NatWest International app.
You can delete your biometrics and the consent to use them at any time. Go to 'Biometric approval' in your NatWest International app settings and delete them there.
If you do choose to delete your biometrics, we will retain the original photo taken at registration for a period of time after the deletion. The photo is not biometric data.
