Some customers on the iOS version of our mobile app that hold a cash management account are currently experiencing an issue where they are unable to make transfers between their current and savings accounts within the mobile app.

If you are experiencing issues, please be aware we are working on a fix for this as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can use online banking to complete your transaction. Alternatively, you can set yourself up as a new payee and use the mobile banking payment feature, which has a daily limit of £20,000.
