The biometrics (face and/or voice) we collect will be stored by Isle of Man Bank and only used by us to make sure it’s you on the Isle of Man Bank app.
You can delete your biometrics and the consent to use them at any time. Go to 'Biometric approval' in your Isle of Man Bank app settings and delete them there.
If you do choose to delete your biometrics, we will retain the original photo taken at registration for a period of time after the deletion. The photo is not biometric data.
