We understand COVID-19 has financially impacted many people and businesses, and that you may be having difficulty as a result. We'll use this page to make you aware of what help and support is available, and to give you updates on our services. Don’t worry, we're here to help, and we have a range of supports available.
You may be aware that banks, including Lombard as part of Ulster Bank, were offering a three-month COVID-19 Payment Break, with the option to extend that by a further three months. This special payment break was different to other payment breaks because it had no impact on a customer’s credit rating. The European Banking Authority set a deadline for applications for these COVID-19 Payment Breaks of 30th September 2020. That deadline has passed, and COVID-19 Payment Breaks are no longer available for those customers that sought their first / new applications. However, we understand you may still be experiencing financial difficulty, and we have a range of other supports available to help you.
If you require further financial support you can contact us by e-mailing email@example.com quoting your agreement or contract number, and a member of our staff will call you back to discuss the options available to you. Alternatively, you can call us on 0818 210 263
We continue to experience a high number of calls and emails which means waiting times and responses are taking longer than normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we'll respond to your query as soon as we can.
For new business enquiries, you can visit us at Lombard.ie or contact your local Sales Manager. Our sales teams remain contactable via email and phone.
Where possible we're asking customers to contact us through e-mail - details are listed below. If we need to speak to you about your request, we'll arrange to call you using the number we hold on our records.
